I don’t write reviews of people or companies, but I feel compelled to write this one of Ellen Bae. Ellen Bae has been my realtor for several years (and two purchases) and she has always amazed me with her professionalism, understanding and keen eye for value.
I work for one of the largest Architectural firms in California so I know I can be very selective and problematic at times and Ellen has always been patient and has given me whatever time I needed to make my decision. Ellen also worked well with my lender who has on numerous occasions complemented “me” about Ellen’s promptness of submission and her overall knowledge of the complex world of real estate and mortgages. The last house I bought with Ellen’s guidance, the owner was a reluctant seller, and because of past offers that fell out of Escrow at the last minute, she was in no mood for negotiating. Ellen worked relentlessly for days with the seller realtor until a purchase price and terms that benefited each party was reached.If I was to rate Ellen’s mannerisms and work ethic on a scale of 1 to 10, she would be a 12.On a personal note, Ellen is one of the nicest people you’ll ever meet.
